Station To Station

Homeward bound
I have been on the journey of a lifetime; the one that changes you forever. The station I leave and arrive at are the same yet the destination was one that I never contemplated before. The journey has been a rollercoaster feeling things that I never felt before. There were lots of good learning times but when the 'shit hit the fan' it was as if my whole world has disintegrated.
That feeling of hoplessness can only lead to surrender. I was no longer the driver of my own train, I was just along for the ride.
When the darkest of tunnels was travelled and the light began to shine, it shone brighter than before. It glowed a comforting knowing that things may never be the same again, but that is ok, because now they have the opportunity to be better because of my new life perspective.
The station I have arrived at may look the same, I am home but everything is better.
