Outside The Box

Outside the box are hearts of stone, that often make me feel alone.
Inside there is a sanctuary for the heart, mind and soul, a place were healing and personal evolution reside. Many will choose to seek outward guidance, emptying their wallets in search of an answer and a hope for their future.
What they do not know, as do so many others, is that it doesn't cost a thing to find the answer within, but it does take courage.
For those who set of on a valiant adventure inwards, they will be rewarded with the greatest gifts that can ever be. They will make you wealthier than all the gold and jewels the earth has to offer. Material possessions reside outside of the box whereas the treasure chest of personal wisdom and exploration of our passion gift us the Knowing that this is where forever hope lives.

Jenny struggled in relationships. Her heart was never the true chooser of her partner. Her heart had been broken in the past and although she hope for true love she took for granted the love of the good guys and ran after the love of the bad guys.

She has questioned her very being on many occasions and pulled herself out of it with the next love potential 'maybe he is the one' her heart would hope. But again she had missed the mark.

'I can't drag my kids through any more of these heart breaks, but I feel so alone, I am as low as I can go.'

What Jenny doesn't know was that her heart was calling her inward. To attract the love that was aligned with her hopes, she first has to love herself. This requires deeper insight and an open mindset. But from a low place there is often nowhere else to go. The gates are wide open, her hopeful future awaits and yet she holds back, she doesn't feel deserving, she doesn't feel enough love for herself, she doesn't trust herself.

She sleeps, she drinks, she makes more mistakes.

Then one day she was walking past a hall. She heard a voice bellowing from inside. Her heart called her in and she was met at the door by someone checking names.
'Hello' came a friendly voice.
Jenny smiles and even manages eye contact.
The registrar senses that Jenny needs to be here and puts her clipboard down.
'Would you like to take a seat over here with me?'
Before any resistance imposes her destiny, Jenny is whisked to a quiet seat at the back of the room.
The speaker is has an aura of magic, her heart beams around the room.
'Who is this person?' she asks herself.
'Do you know who you are watching?' the kind stranger asks.
Jenny shakes her head.
Smiling the lady says 'She's about to change your life.'
Suddenly Jenny felt a huge relief and tears trickle down her face. Her heart is now open.

'I have been where some of you have been. I have been so low that I could not see a way out. I ignored the call within, I didn't feel brave enough to answer. The thing is you just need to take the step across the threshold of your inner-self and you will be cherished and transformed. Are you ready to safely connect with your inner self? I am here to help you.'
The crowd cheer 'Yes'
Jenny screams Yes from inside.
Instantly it is as if she has awoken something, a ripple flows through her.
'Let's sit relaxed in our chairs for a moment. Now lets close our eyes and try to clear our minds. If your mind is still busy, it's OK but try to shush it a little so that you can answer the call. Lets slowly become aware of our physical body, focusing on out head, shoulders, arms, torso, thighs, legs feet. Open your heart and be grateful that your body is functioning. lets consider our lungs that breathe air into our body, keeping us alive, now lets focus on our heart that pumps blood around our body, forever flowing and so love filled for us that it never gives up, ever! It works 100% for our greater good, it serves us and us only. We can rely on our heart for a lifetime of loving dedication. It's now time to connect to the love filled Knowing that your heart has waiting for you. This Knowing is the key to unlocking your truest potential, this Knowing serves you and when you let it become your best friend, you will never falter. Open your heart, open it right now and feel the love flow through.'
Tears flow down Jenny's cheeks, she can feel a rush of blood flowing through her heart.
'What you are feeling right now is unconditional love. This is your Knowing. Listen, when it connects with you. Whether it whispers or roars it is your best navigation tool. Do you choose to listen?'
'Yes'
'Wonderful, my job here is done. I have gifted you the key to unlock your treasure, your life is going to be everything you want it to be.'
There are claps from the audience and Jenny can feel a hand holding hers.
'I had the same despair in my eyes that I seen in yours. You now have the tools you need to change your life, I hope that you choose to and in turn guide others when you see the same look in their eyes.'
'I am truly grateful.'
'You are welcome. Come on I iwll introduce you to '
