When I see the news tonight
'60 held hostage
Explosions and gunfire reported'
I tell my son
'Be like an ostrich
till the bad guys are thwarted'

When I see news like tonight,
'France state of emergency
40 or more dead.'
I read
State of insurgency
French Republic keeps its head.

Now repeat loudly:
'Relax, the bad guys are obsessed
they should be ashamed and look after their children'

and know in your heart:
'We are all bloody blessed
you, the killers and me are one in 7.3 billion'
