She Loves Me
He thought she did, in his own self involved mind
He thought she would be his forever, to have and to hold
To control and manipulate, to do his bidding
But finally she said no more
He thought she loved him, he hadn't noticed the changes in her
The sadness, the tears in her eyes
The pain in her heart, her broken wings
He took her freedom away, she couldn't breathe
